What you’ll do as an Interpreter:

  • Attend and respond to requests for consecutive interpretation between two different languages (may be performed over the phone, via video call, or any other real-time communication channel).
  • Follow the established criteria to contribute to the client’s satisfaction.
  • Perform faithful and accurate interpretation of the information given in both languages.
  • Record all interactions in the tools and/or applications used in the operation to typify the client and their specific cases.
  • Comply with performance indicators or parameters defined by the client.
  • Perform escalations that require special attention from your immediate boss.
  • Comply with corporate confidentiality policies and the proper handling of the customer’s information.
  • Participate in the continuous training programs established by the company to assure good performance.
  • Properly use the assigned tools when working.
