To reduce TUK sales data rejections by managing daily rejections (within back office team) liaising with TT operations to resolve on a day to day basis. Manage Back Office Operational relationships with client.
Experience of successfully leading, motivating and coaching a team within a similar environment is essential.
A solid understanding of the imperatives of delivering the primary aims and goals of an outbound contact centre is essential.
•Educated to Matric/ Equivalent standard
•Diploma/Degree
Essential:
•Excel Qualification

•Knowledge of Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel to manage data, pivot tables, format data and Word.
