Recruitment is conducted using our own in-house methodology to ensure a consistent selection standard. Multiple resourcing techniques are used to source the most suitable candidates, while all candidates must also undergo a rigorous, three-tier recruitment programme (telephone screening, group assessment centres, interviewing and technical testing). Agents are profiled and skill matched to specific campaign requirements.
